Brand Ambassador Program

Brand Ambassador program is available for those representatives that would like to order in smaller quantities and help us get our products to your network.

You can mix any styles or quantities as long as the merchandise is available on our online store. All our merchandise is available online on a first-come, first-buy basis. Stock levels change frequently, and items are not guaranteed availability. It is encouraged to order early to assure we may meet your inventory/order needs.

Online Wholesale (30 To 50 Units)

All BESTYFIT Wholesale orders require an initial retail minimum of 30 units. You don't need to order one style in large quantities. As long as we have it, You can mix styles.

Any wholesale order over 30 units will be negotiated with a Bestyfit Representative. This negotiation will give you an advantage on price. Please email us at INFO@BESTYFIT.COM.

BESTYFIT reserves the right to change, increase or decrease merchandise pricing online at any time without notice. Wholesale price will be agreed upon negotiation and it can change at any time, but it will be notified before any order has been confirmed.

If you are looking to resell our products, BESTYFIT suggests an MSRP (Manufacturer’s suggested retail price) for all styles to avoid unfair competition. We require that your boutique, spa, studio, or store (both brick and mortar storefront and online selling place) price match our MSRP unless discussed and agreed by one of our representatives (written agreement will be required). BESTYFIT reserves the right to suspend or cancel wholesale order privileges if the price strategy is not respected. It is prohibited to advertise price discrepancies online and via social media channels.

Purchases made on an online wholesale order are final. Only defective merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit. We must be notified in writing within 5 business days of receiving your order for any damage claims, shortages, or miss-shipped items. After said time, your rights to credit or exchange have been waived. We carefully pack and ship all garments and are not responsible for any damage caused by any delivery companies. Returns will only be accepted after a written request is submitted and approved by a BESTYFIT representative via email. No returns are accepted for sale or outlet merchandise. All merchandise received will be inspected for wear, use, and damage. Items must be returned in original condition and include all tags and labels attached. Items must be in new condition and be unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and fragrance-free. We will not accept C.O.D. for deliveries. Please note, if return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you, at your cost and no credit will be given.

Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping and handling for returns are non-refundable, except in instances where wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to you. Store Credits are processed within 30 days of when item(s) are received. Store Credit is given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Store Credits can be used on future orders up to a year from the date issued.


If the items are in our current inventory, all wholesale orders placed by noon EST will be pulled, packed, and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of the order, shipment destination, and urgency of shipment. BESTYFIT is not responsible for any delays at customs for international shipments. Our Online inventory ships via Canada Post/FEDEX/UPS/Ground transportation or internationally via USPS from our warehouse in Toronto. Please note that Canada Post will not deliver to PO Boxes. BESTYFIT will not be responsible for any delivery loss or damage nor any customs, taxes, or duties you may incur when receiving your order outside of Canada.


Payments must be made in full prior to shipment. BESTYFIT accepts all major credit cards  (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Paypal. Bank wire transfers, Checks, COD’s and E-Transfers will not be accepted unless discussed, accepted, and agreed with BESTYFIT representatives

Wholesale orders with a minimum purchase of 50 units is based on negotiation. You can mix any styles and quantities.

Payments structures are based on wholesale agreements. Orders are submitted and accepted once full payment or first payment has been submitted and accepted based on agreement. All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, or bank wire transfers ($30 fee). Checks are acceptable but order day will be submitted once the cheque has clear. Canada only, E-Transfer are acceptable. COD’s will not be accepted.

BESTYFIT reserves the right to change merchandise pricing at anytime. We will discuss our price agreements and changes at all times.

All wholesale orders accepted and paid by noon EST will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks of ordered acceptance unless customs delays. BESTYFIT is not responsible for any delays at customs for international shipments. BESTYFIT can ship from Colombia via FedEx or via Canada Post/FedEx/ UPS/ USPS or Ground transportation from our warehouse in Toronto. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. BESTYFIT will not be responsible for any delivery loss or damage nor any customs, taxes, or duties you may incur when receiving your order outside of Canada.

BESTYFIT reserves the right to, from time to time, with or without notice to you, in BESTYFIT sole discretion, amend the Terms and Conditions for use and purchases regarding the online shopping services. Any amendments by BESTYFIT will be effective only as to orders you place after BESTYFIT revisions of these Terms and Conditions on the website to reflect the amendments. BESTYFIT will plan to notify you of any material amendments to the Terms and Conditions, however, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before submitting each order and BESTYFIT has no responsibility to notify you of any changes prior to effectiveness of the changes or otherwise.

BETSYFIT reserves the right to change or modify any of these requirements and/or policies at any time. BESTYFIT, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason.

All wholesale customers agree to our Terms and Conditions clearly stated and accepted when placing orders.
