Shipping is available anywhere in Canada and Continental USA, however, note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM (EST) and unless specified (such as Pre- Orders) they are shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice and tracking information if you have taken this option. It will include a summary of the order, shipping address, and tracking number.

Unfortunately, due to weather and destinations, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Canada Post Rates are given once you are on the checkout page and all your information has been completed.

Be advised that you may be required to pay customs fees or taxes once the package arrives in your country. Customs policies vary from country to country. This Free shipping option has NO tracking information and NO insurance. To select this option please make sure to select "Tracking Number NOT INCLUDED" at checkout.

GTA Only, The "Tracking Number NOT INCLUDED" option, for faster delivery, we could use Ground transportation for same day or next day or Ground transportation with Canada Post for delivery within 3 to 15 business day.

Items must be shipped back to us with tracking number and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. However, for exchanged items, once we receive your returned item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
